Grange Saddlery understands the value of privacy and will only use your details to process your order and provide an efficient and convenient service. We will NEVER give your details to mailing list companies or divulge your personal details to other companies or individuals. All information will be used lawfully ie: in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988

We aim to dispatch within 24hrs of receipt of order although typically allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Deliveries are handled by courier or post at our discretion.

Delivery costs is £6.99. All orders are shipped via courier.

STANDARD DELIVERY: 2 to 5 working days.
LARGE & HEAVY GOODS: additional charges will be incurred.
WORLDWIDE & NON STANDARD UK MAINLAND: Typically we do not accept orders for delivery outside of the United Kingdom. Please use the "contact us" link for further enquiries.
Your delivery cannot be guaranteed without a full UK delivery address including postcode. Please ensure that all delivery details are correct when placing your order. Courier deliveries will be made during working days during normal working hours and will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that delivery is complete and undamaged prior to acceptance.

Incomplete addresses and /or unsigned deliveries invalidate refund or replacement.


Items for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The sender is responsible for all carriage costs and in providing adequate insurance against damage or loss. Please retain your proof of posting.
Goods must be in original new condition, be unused, unsoiled and complete with all original packaging, tags and labels. A refund will only be authorised if all conditions are met. Original carriage costs will be deducted. It may be possible for us tio arrange uplift at your cost. Please ask us when enquiring about return or refund

We will e-mail you on receipt of goods and process your refund or exchange within 5 working days. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. In extreme circumstances, refunds may take up to 30 days.


On receipt of goods claimed to be faulty or damaged, we will inspect them as soon as possible and may contact you for further information/clarification. Replacements in such circumstances will be sent at no extra cost and your postage cost will be reimbursed. Returned goods must be clean and dry will not be handled or processed until in such condition. Goods returned unclean and/or wet and goods found to be damaged through misuse will not be refunded or replaced and will be returned to you at your cost.
If we have made a mistake in dispatching the wrong goods please inform us immediately and we will rectify the problem at our cost.
